hasGeneSetCollection(x, collection, as.error = FALSE)

Arguments

x	A GeneSetDb()
collection	character vector of name(s) of the collections to query
as.error	logical if TRUE, this will error instead of returning FALSE

Value

logical indicating if this collection exists
